Terms of service

Effective October 14, 2026

These terms apply to businesses (“clients”) that use Green Light Solutions, a DBA of Hungerford Distribution LLC (“Green Light,” “we,” “us”), to create and publish social media promotions. The specific services and fees for each client are set out in that client’s agreement with us.

What we do

We create flyers, videos and captions, send them to the client for approval, and publish approved content to the social media accounts the client connects. With the client’s approval, we may also place paid boosts on the client’s ad account.

Approval comes first

• We publish only content the client has approved.
• We place paid boosts only after the client approves the budget, length and audience.
• Ad spending is charged to the client’s own ad account and payment method, not billed through Green Light unless agreed in writing.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business details, offers, prices and hours, and review content before approving it.
• Own or have permission to use the logos, photos, videos and music they give us.
• Keep their social media and ad accounts in good standing and follow the rules of Meta, TikTok and other platforms.

Content ownership

Clients own their business names, logos and the material they provide. Once a client has paid for a promotion, the client may use the finished flyers, videos and captions for their business. We may keep copies to run the service and, only with the client’s permission, show them as examples of our work.

Platforms we don’t control

Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and other platforms can change their rules, reject or limit posts, or be unavailable. We will tell the client when a post fails and work to fix it, but we are not responsible for a platform’s decisions or for results such as reach, sales or attendance.

Ending service

Either side may end service by email. We will stop scheduled posts and boosts, and the client may remove our access to their accounts at any time. Information is then handled as described in our privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Green Light’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees the client paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
